A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS AND
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF CONTRACT NO. 3431
FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF HOSP GROVE PARK
4 WHEREAS, bids have been received by the City of Carlsbad for the cons

WHEREAS, the low bid received for the project was submitted by 6
of Hosp Grove Park, Project No. 3431 , and
Construction Company, Inc. in the amount of $1 10,071 .lo, and

WHEREAS, Council has previously appropriated $172,000 for Project
3431 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of C

1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
