A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA,
AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS
FOR SETEEMENT OF THE WORKERS’
COMPENSATION CLAIM OF MICHAEL BLISS “1 WHEREAS, the California Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board has
6 etermined the settlement in the Workers’ Compensation case of Michael Bliss; and
7 11 WHEREAS, there are sufficient funds available in the Workers’ 8k ompensation Self-Insurance Fund to pay the settlement. 9
10 I/ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City

1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the expenditure of $8,155.00 from the Workers’ CompensatioI
