RESOLUTION NO. 95-23
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CAUFORNIA,ACCEPTlNGTHEPUBUCIMPROVEMENTSOFCARLSBAD
AIRPORT CENTER - PIP 94-02 AS COMPLETE.
WHEREAS, the public improvements consisting of the installation of water
appurtenant improvements located at 1960 Kellogg Avenue, Carlsbad, California, ha
successfully completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of C
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the construction of the above described public improvements is
complete and hereby accepted.
3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to r(
Notice of Completion for said project.
4. That the Carlsbad Municipal Water District of the City of Carlsbad, California,
directed to commence maintaining the above described public improvements for saic
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad Cit
held on the 5th day of September , 1995 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Nygaard, Finnila, Hall
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Kulchin
