RESOLUTION NO. 95-265
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE DONATION OF
FOUR MICROCOMPUTERS TO THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad administers a Family :
I Sufficiency Program through its Housing Authority; and
WHEREAS, the City currently has seventeen SUI
microcomputers; and
WHEREAS, the Housing Authority desires and requestc
donation of four surplus microcomputers for the benefit of
Family Self-sufficiency Program; and
WHEREAS, the City Council believes it to be in the
interest of the citizens of Carlsbad to support the Family S
Sufficiency Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Counci
the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct
2. That the City Council hereby approves the donatic
four surplus microcomputers to the Housing Authority for
benefit of the Family Self-sufficiency Program.
