RESOLUTION NO. 95-266
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY AND BRAMALEA CALIFORNIA, INC. AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT ON
BEHALF OF THE CITY
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it nl
7 desirable and in the public interest to construct Hidden Valley Road to provic
