RESOLUTION NO. 95-267
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE NORTH
CARLSBAD BEACH RESTROOM, PROJECT NO. 3412, AS COMPLETE
WHEREAS, construction of the North Carlsbad Beach Restroom has been Si
completed; and
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That construction of the North Carlsbad Beach Restroom, specifically id
Project No. 3412, is deemed complete and hereby accepted.
3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed 1
the Notice of Completion and have same recorded.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad Ci
held on the 19th day of SEPTEMBER J 1995 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Nygaard, Kulchin
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Members Finnila, Hall
