A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBl
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
RESIDENTIAL STREET SEALING CONTRACT AND DIRECTING THE CITY CLE
TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR SAID PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 2412-S.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it I
desirable, and in the public interest to seal residential asphaltic concrete streets; ani
WHEREAS, the plans, specifications, and contract documents for completing
have been prepared and are on file in the Engineering Department of the City of Ca!
WHEREAS, the approved 95-96 Maintenance budget includes sufficient funds t
this project.
I NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City o
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
