RESOLUTION NO. 95-275
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECLASSIFYING AN OFFICE
SPECIALIST II TO SENIOR OFFICE SPECIALIST IN THE
CITY CLERK’S OFFICE
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends and the City Council concurs, tl
is desirable and necessary to reclassify the Office Specialist II to Senior 0
Specialist in the City Clerk’s Office; and,
WHEREAS, the City and the Carlsbad City Employees’ Association have me1
conferred on the impacts of this recommendation on represented employees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Ci
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1 . That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council authorizes and directs the City Managt
reclassify the Office Specialist II to Senior Office Specialist in the City Clerks Offic
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carl:
City Council held on the 26th day of SEPTEMBER , 1995, by the following vot
wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Nygaard, Kulchin, Finnila, Hall
NOES None
ABSENT: None
