RESOLUTION NO. 9 5 - 2 9 0
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH SDG&E FOR THE
RELOCATION OF THE 30" HIGH PRESSURE GAS MAIN ON OLIVENHAIN
ROAD, PROJECT NO. 3466.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, hereby finds it n
desirable, and in the public interest to widen Olivenhain Road; and
WHEREAS, an agreement with SDG&E to relocate it's 30" high pressure gas
been prepared and submitted hereto; and
WHEREAS, SDG&E will relocate the 30" high pressure gas main within time E
the agreement at a cost not-to-exceed $530,163.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of 1
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Finance Director is authorized to issue a check in the amount of
payable to SDG&E for the relocation of SDG&E's 30" high pressure gas main.

Escondido, CA 92029-1 109 and a copy to the Engineering Department.
