RESOLUTION NO. 9 5 - 2 9 3
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
APPROVING THE FINAL MAP FOR CARLSBAD TRACT NO. 94-02,
PACIFIC POINTE.

WHEREAS, LMD Pacific Pointe, LLC, a California Limited Liability Compar
submitted a final map known as Carlsbad Tract No. 94-02 to the City of Carlsbad for a

and
WHEREAS, the Tentative Map of Carlsbad Tract No. 94-02 with conditions, was E

9 by the Planning Commission on January 18, 1995, pursuant to Resolution No. 3699; i
10 11 WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that said map substantially conforn
11 /I conditionally approved tentative map; and
l2 /I WHEREAS, the conditions of approval for said final map have been completed or

requirements of city Codes and Standards; and, I?
WHEREAS, the final map conforms to the City of Carlsbad General Plar 16

WHEREAS, the developer has offered public streets and public easements for dl
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad determined it to be in t

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
California, as follows:

1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That said Final Map known as Carlsbad Tract No. 94-02 from LMD Pac
