A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAl
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING SUBRECIPIENT AGREEMENTS FOR THE Cll
GRANT PROGRAM
OF CARLSBAD'S 1995-96 FEDERAL COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOC
WHEREAS, on April 11, 1995, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, Califon
selected the programs to receive funding under the City's 1995-96 Community Developmc
Block Grant (CDBG) Program;
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California has considered 1
required subrecipient agreements for 1995-96 Community Development Block Grant funds;
WHEREAS, the City has determined that CDBG funded projects to be administered
Hospice of the North Coast and Catholic Charities are exempt from environmental review unc
24 CFR Section 58.34 (a)(9) and 58.35 (a)(l), respectively; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has taken all testimony into account.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council has approved the 1995-96 Commun
Development Block Grant Subrecipient Agreements for the followi
organizations: Hospice of the North CoastKommunity Bereavem'
Program and Catholic Charities/Renovations to La Posada de Guadalu]
The agreements are on file in the City Clerk's Office.
