RESOLUTION NO. 95-299
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD AND KLEINFELDER, INCORPORATED, FOR ANNUAL
MATERIAL TESTING SERVICES FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT
PROJECTS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it necessary,
and in the public interest to provide materials testing services as an element of the co
process for City capital improvement projects; and
WHEREAS, staff has solicited proposals from qualified materials testing firms.
these necessary services to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute a (
agreement between the City of Carlsbad and Kleinfelder, Incorporated to provide materi
services.

3. That the Purchasing Officer is hereby authorized and directed to issue
purchase order to Kleinfelder, Incorporated.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad Cir
held on the 17th day of OCTOBER , 1995 by the following vote, to wit:
