RESOLUTION NO. 95-304
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA,
APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE SERRA COOPERATIVE
LIBRARY SYSTEM ADVISORY BOARD I
4 WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad is a member of the Serra Cooperative
5 Library System; and

WHEREAS, the Serra Cooperative Library System Advisory Board was
established pursuant to the California Library Services Act, which provides thai
the governing body of each member jurisdiction of the Cooperative Library
10 System shall appoint one member to the Advisory Board;
11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City o
l2 Carlsbad, California, as follows:
13 I/ 1. That the above recitations are true and correct.

15 2. That Emmett Woodward is hereby appointed to the Serra Cooper
16 Library System for a two-year term.
17 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City o
