A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBA
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A SUBRECIPIENT AGREEMENT FOR THE CI1
GRANT PROGRAM
OF CARISBAD’S 1993-94 FEDERAL COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOC
WHEREAS, on May 25, 1993, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, Califor]
6 11 selected the programs to receive funding under the City’s 1993-94 Community Developml
7 11 Block Grant (CDBG) Program;
8 I1 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California has considered .
9 11 required subrecipient agreement for 1993-94 Community Development Block Grant funds;

WHEREAS, the City has determined that the CDBG funded project to be administel
by the Boys and Girls Club of Carlsbad is exempt from environmental review under 24 C
Section 58.34 (a)(6); and,

1. That the above recitations are true and correct. 16
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Council has taken dl testimony into account.

Girls Club of Carlsbad/Village Branch Renovation. The agreement i$
