RESOLUTION NO. 95-338
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN MTENSION OF TIME FOR TENTATIVE
MAP NO. 90-26. CALAVERA HEIGHTS, VILLAGES W, X, AND Y
5 I! WHEREAS, the Clty Council of the City of Carlsbad on November 2, 1993,

WHEREAS, Tentative Map CT 90-26 would now expire November 2, 1995; anc
WHEREAS, the applicant has been diligently pursuing those acts necessary to

1. That the above recitations are true and correct. 20
21 2. That with the conditions of approval now existing and contained herein by rc
22 the design and improvements of the subdivision are consistent with the General Plan,
23 and 21 of the City of Carlsbad Municipal Codes, and any public facility or developmen
24 in existence at this time.

3. That Tentative Map 90-26 is hereby extended for one year until Novembe
subject to all of the conditions contained in Council Resolution Nos. 90-301 and
Commission Resolution No. 351 8 and the following additional condition:
Prior to approval of the final map, the Developer shall be required to:
A. Consult with the United States Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), and
B. Obtain any permits required by the USFWS.
4. That this extension is approved in reliance upon the existing conditions of
