RESOLUTION NO. 95-343
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, TRANSFERRING FUNDS
FOR THE SPECIAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION TO BE HELD
ON MARCH 26, 1995.
WHEREAS, a Special Municipal Election is to be held
City of Carlsbad, California, on March 26, 1996, at which
will be submitted to the qualified voters the following measi
wit:

WHEREAS, the Registrar of Voters for the County
Diego has indicated that the cost of calling such a ~
election will be approximately $15,000; and
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad must pay all costs f
special election; and
WHEREAS, funds are available to cover the cost (
election in the General Fund Contingency Account;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
City of Carlsbad, California, that the amount of $15,000 is
transferred to the City Clerkâs Election Account from the
Fund Contingency Account for expenses related to the
Municipal Election to be held on March 26, 1996.
