RESOLUTION NO. 9 6 - 1 O
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE CITY UNCONTROLLED STOCKPILE
AGREEMENT WITH DANIEL T. SHELLEY.
WHEREAS, Daniel T. Shelley has submitted a grading plan requiring an unc
stockpile on his property located on the southeastern part of the City; and
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad has determined that it is in the public interes
the Uncontrolled Stockpile Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of (
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Manager is authorized to execute the agreement and the Cit
authorized to cause the Uncontrolled Stockpile Agreement to be recorded in the Offi
County Recorder of San Diego County, State of California.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad CR
held on the 9th day of JANUARY , 1996 by the following vote, to wii
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Nygaard, Kulchin, Finnila, Hall
