RESOLUTION NO. 96 -7
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE CONSTRUCTION OF ALGA ROAD
SOUTH SIDE IMPROVEMENTS BETWEEN MIMOSA AND EL CAMINO
REAL.
WHEREAS, construction of Alga Road widening, south side, between Mimo:
Camino Real has been satisfactorily completed; and
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of (
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That construction of Alga Road widening, between Mimosa and El Camino Re
side, specifically identified as Project No. 3428, is deemed complete and hereby acce
3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to
the Notice of Completion, have same recorded, and reduce/release bonds as appropi
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City
