RESOLUTION NO. 9 6 - 17
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE CONSTRUCTION OF
IMPROVEMENTS TO HOSP GROVE PARK PROJECT NO. 3431 AS
COMPLETE, DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO FILE THE NOTICE OF
COMPLETION, AND AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE TC
CLOSE THE PROJECT ACCOUNTS UPON PAYMENT OF ALL FINAL
CLAIMS AND COSTS.
WHEREAS, improvements to Hosp Grove Park, Project No. 3431 have
been satisfactorily completed; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California has previc
appropriated certain funding for said project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Cc
California, the following:

That the above recitations are true and correct.
That the construction improvements to Hosp Grove Park, Project N
are deemed complete and hereby accepted.
3. That the City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad, California, is directed tc
the Notice of Completion for said project.
4. That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to close the
accounts upon payment of all final claims and costs.
