RESOLUTION NO. 96-39
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO THE
FOUNDATION OF CARLSBAD COMMUNITY CABLE TELEVISION
WHEREAS, the term of Paul Vanderpool, as a member o
Foundation for Carlsbad Community Cable Television expires in Jar
1996;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of thc
of Carlsbad, California, as follows:

That the above recitations are true and correct.
That the following person is hereby appointed to
as a member of the Board of Directors for the Foundation for Cai
Community Cable Television for a term expiring January, 2000:
