RESOLUTION NO. 96-40
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO THE FOUNDATION OF CARLSBAD COMMUNITY CABLE TELEVISION
WHEREAS, the term of Tracy Carmichael, as a member 1
Foundation for Carlsbad Community Cable Television expires in Ja
1996;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of th
of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct
2. That the following person is hereby appointed tc
as a member of the Board of Directors for the Foundation for Ca
Community Cable Television for a term expiring January, 2000:
