RESOLUTION NO. 96 - 7 2
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CIN OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE GRADING OF SDG & E EASEMENT ON
OLIVENHAIN ROAD, PROJECT NO. 3466A AS COMPLETE.
WHEREAS, construction of the grading of SDG&E easement on Olivenhain
has been satisfactorily completed; and
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; anc
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Cr
California, as follows:
I. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That construction of the grading of SDG&E easement on Olivenhain Roac
specifically identified as Project No. 3466A, is deemed complete and hereby accepted.
3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to f
the Notice of Completion and have same recorded.
4. That bonds shall be released in accordance with State Law and City Ordina
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City (
held on the 5th day of MARCH , 1996 by the following vote,

ABSENT: Council Member Kulchin
Council Members Lewis, Nygaard, Finnila, Hall
