A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE TRAFFIC
SIGNAL AT THE INTERSECTION OF ALGA ROAD AND EL FUERTE
STREET, PROJECT NO. 3445.
WHEREAS, the construction of traffic signal at Alga Road and El Fuerte Street inte
has been satisfactorily completed; and
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of C;
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That construction of traffic signal at Alga Road and El Fuerte Street inter
specifically identified as Project No. 3445, is deemed complete and hereby accepted.
3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to c
the Notice of Completion and have same recorded.
4. That bonds will be released in accordance with State Law and City Ordinanc
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City (
held on the 5th day of WCH , 1996 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Nygaard, Finnila, Hall
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Kulchin
