RESOLUTION NO. 96-88
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A CONSULTANT
AGREEMENT WITH KTU & A FOR THE MASTER PLAN OF
CARRILLO RANCH PROJECT NO. 3456.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, has deterrr
necessary, desirable and in the public interest to appropriate funds and has buc
in the 1995-96 Capital Improvement Program budget for the Carrillo Ranch Mast€
and
WHEREAS, Request for Proposals were solicited , finalists selected, intt
completed, and a consultant agreement negotiated with the recommended firm
& A of San Diego, California; and
WHEREAS, the recommended firm possesses the necessary skills, back1
and expertise to accomplish the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ca

That the above recitations are true and correct.
That a consultant agreement with KTU & A is hereby approved E
Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said agreement. Fo
the execution of said agreement, the City Clerk is further authorized and dire
