RESOLUTION NO. 96-89
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA,
ACCEPTING A DONATION OF FIVE THOUSAND
DOLLARS ($5,000).
WHEREAS, the Isabel Brittain Trust has donated Five Thousand dollars
($5,000) to the Carlsbad Senior Center; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept this gift;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the City Council accepts the donation of Five Thousand dollars
($5,000) on behalf of the Senior Citizens of the City of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Carlsbad held on the 19thday of MARCH, 1996, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Nygaard, Kulchin, Finnila, Hal

ABSENT: Non
