RESOLUTION NO. 96-91
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A DONATION OF
THREE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED
SIXTY FIVE DOLLARS (3,865).
WHEREAS, Gerico's Bar & Grill donated Three Thousand Eigh'
Hundred Sixty Five Dollars ($3,865) for special equipment at the Senior
Center; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept this gift;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the City Council accepts the donation of Three Thousand
Eight Hundred Sixty Five Dollars ($3,865) on behalf of the Seniors of the City
of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Carlsbad held on the 19th day
Of MARCH , 1996, by the following vote, to wit:

NOES: None
ABSENT: None
