RESOLUTION NO. 96-126
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A CONSULTANT AGREEMENT WITH O’DAY
CONSULTANTS, INC., FOR THE DESIGN OF THE IMPROVEMENT
PLANS, PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS, AND COST ESTIMATES FOR
CANNON ROAD WEST, PROJECT NO. 3184.
WHEREAS, Transnet funds are available in the Cannon Road West account
342-820-1 842-31 84; and
WHEREAS, staff has solicited proposals from qualified civil engineering firms to
these necessary services to the City; and
WHEREAS, through aconsultant selection process, O’Day Engineering, Inc., was :
as the most qualified civil engineering firm; and
WHEREAS, a consultant agreement with O’Day Engineering, Inc., has been prep:
submitted hereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of C

That the above recitations are true and correct.
That the funds of $470,000 are available in the Cannon Road West account
342-820-1 842-31 84.
3. That a consultant agreement between the City of Carlsbad and O’Day Con
Inc., is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said agr

The City Clerk is authorized and directed to forward copies of the signed agree
O’Day Consultants, Inc., 7220 Avenida Encinas, Suite 204, Carlsbad, California 92009
as the Engineering Department for processing.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad Clty
held onthe 9th day of APRIL , 1996 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Nygaard, Kulchin, Finnila, Hall
