RESOLUTION NO. 96-136
RESOLUTION OF THE CIlY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD
CALIFORNIA APPROVING CONTRACTDOCUMENTS, SPECIAL PROVISIONS
AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING THE CITYCLERKTO ADVERTISE
FOR BIDS FOR THE LIBRARY
WHEREAS, the contract documents, special provisions and specifications
furnishing of all labor, material and equipment necessary to reroof the Library ha\
prepared and are on file in the Community Services Department and are incorpor
reference herein; and
WHEREAS, funding for this project is available in the Facilities Managemen
Maintenance Account;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carls
follows:

The above recitations are true and correct.
The contract documents, special provisions and specifications as preser
hereby approved.
The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and dire
proceed to publish, in accordance with law, Notice Inviting Bids for the i
