RESOLUTION NO. 96-138
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALI FORNl A, RECLASSIFYING ONE ACCOUNT
CLERK II TO AN ACCOU NTING TECHNICIAN IN THE LIBRARY
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends and the City Council concurs, that it
is desirable and necessary to reclassify one Account Clerk I1 to an Accounting Technician
in the Library Department; and,
WHEREAS, the City and the Carlsbad City Employees’ Association have met and
conferred on the impacts of this recommendation on represented employees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad, California, as follows:

That the above recitations are true and correct.
That the City Council authorizes and directs the City Manager to reclassify
one Account Clerk II to an Accounting Technician in the Library Department.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad
City Council held on the 23rd day of APRIL , 1996, by the following
vote, to wit:
