RESOLUTION NO. 9 6 - 14 0
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND
AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT THE INTERSECTION OF
PASEO DEL NORTE AND CAMINO DE LAS ONDAS,
PROJECT NO. 3427.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it ne
desirable, and in the public interest to construct a traffic signal at the intersection of Pi
Norte and Camino de las Ondas; and
WHEREAS, the plans, specifications, and contract documents for completing thi:
have been prepared and are on file in the Engineering Department of the City of Carlst:
WHEREAS, the approved 94-95 Capital Improvement Program budget includes I
funds to construct this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of C

1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the plans, specifications, and contract documents as presented are
approved.
