RESOLUTION NO. 96-144
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO THE CARLSBAD PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Tom Erwin was appointed in May, 1994 to serv
years of a four-year term: and
WHEREAS, that appointment was effective June 1, 1994;
WHEREAS, that two-year appointment expires June 1, :
and
WHEREAS, the term doesn’t expire until April, 1998; i
WHEREAS, it is necessary for Council to appoint a mt
to fill the remainder of the term.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council o!
