RESOLUTION NO. 96-163
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS,
AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO RECORD THE NOTICE OF
COMPLETION, RELEASING BONDS, AND DIRECTINGTHE COMMUNITY
SERVICES DEPARTMENT TO COMMENCE MAINTAINING THE PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED SOUTH OF HAYMAR DRIVE AND
EAST OF EL CAMINO REAL IN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, the public improvements consisting of the installation of curb
sidewalks, streetlights and sewer located south of Haymar Drive and east of El Camint
the City of Carlsbad, California, have been successfully completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of C
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the construction of the above described public improvements is
complete and hereby accepted.
3. The City Clerk of the Ctty of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to re
Notice of Completion for said project and release the bonds.
4. That the Community Services Department of the City of Carlsbad, California, i:
directed to commence maintaining the above described public improvements for said
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City
1996 held on the 7th day of MAY , I&S& by the following vote, to wit:
