RESOLUTION NO. 96-165
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE 1995 CONCRETE REPAIRS AND
PAVEMENT OVERLAYS, PROJECT NOS. 241 1 AND 241 2.
WHEREAS, the 1995 Concrete Repairs and Pavement Overlays at five location
southwest quadrant of the City of Carlsbad, Project Nos. 241 1 and 2412; and
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of CS
California, as follows:
1, That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the 1995 Concrete Repairs and Pavement Overlays, Project Nos. 241 1 an
is deemed complete and hereby accepted.
3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to E
the Notice of Completion and have same recorded.
4. That bonds will be released in accordance with State Law and City Ordinanc
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City (
held on the 7th day of MAY , 1996 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Nygaard, Kulchin, Finnila, Hall
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Lewis
ATTEST:
