A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO THE CARLSBAD SISTER
CITY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the term of Mari Andersson expires in April, 1
