RESOLUTION NO. 9 6 - 18 1
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS,
AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO RECORD THE NOTICE OF
COMPLETION, RELEASING BONDS, AND DIRECTING THE COMMUNITY
SERVICES DEPARTMENT TO COMMENCE MAINTAINING THE PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED SOUTH OF CAMINO VlDA ROBLE ON
EL CAMINO REAL - PD 431.
WHEREAS, the public improvements consisting of the street improvements, stor
improvements, sewer and landscaped medians located south of Camino Vida Rob1
Camino Real in the City of Carlsbad, California, have been successfully completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Cl
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the construction of the above described public improvements is c
complete and hereby accepted.
3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to rec
Notice of Completion for said project and release the bonds in accordance with State L
City Ordinances.
4. That the Community Services Department of the City of Carlsbad, California, is
directed to commence maintaining the above described public improvements for said F
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City (
held on the 21st day of MAY , 1996 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Nygaard, Kulchin, Finnila, Hall
