A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY a
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING DONATIONS a
MERCHANDISE AND FINANCIAL C0NTR;IBUTIOlV
VALUING A TOTAL OF TWELVE HUNDRED DOLLAR
($1,200) IN SUPPORT OF THE YOUTH GOLF' CLINIC AN
THE ANNUALYOUTH TRACKAND FIELD MEET
WHEREAS, the Annual Golf clinic was held on February 24, 1
and the Annual Youth Track Meet was held April 27; and
WHEREAS, the Parks & Recreation Commission has recei.
donations of goods and money totaling $1,200, a copy of which is attacl
hereto and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Commission 1
recommended acceptance of these donations by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept these donations a
acknowledge the generosity and support of community vendors E
organizations who donated to this special event.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
City of Carlsbad the following:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council does hereby accept the merchandise a
financial support totaling twelve hundred dollars ($1,200).
