RESOLUTION NO. 96-201
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBJ
CALIFORNIA, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 96-176, TO APPOINT
A REPLACEMENT PLANNING COMMISSION REPRESENTATIVE, AND
AN ALTERNATE, TO THE 1-5 CORRIDOR LANDSCAPE COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Council, at the meeting of
14, 1996, adopted Resolution No. 96-176, appointing nine (9)
members to the 1-5 Corridor Landscape Committee; and
WHEREAS, Tom Erwin was appointed as one of the two
representatives of the Planning Commission on the Committee;
WHEREAS, Mr. Erwin’s term as a member of the Planning
Commission has subsequently expired as of June 1, 1996; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that another member of the P1;
Commission be appointed to replace Mr. Erwin on the 1-5 Cor]
Landscape Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of t
City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That Resolution No. 96-176 is hereby amended, and tl.
Peggy Savary is hereby appointed to replace Y
Erwin as a Planning Commission representative to the 1-5 COI
Landscape Committee.
3. That Resolution No. 96-176 is also amended to reflec
that Robert Nielsen has been selected as the
Alternate Planning Commission representative to the Committc
