A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A BID AND
AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR THE SEWER MAIN N
INSPECTION PROJECT, CMWD PROJECT No. 93-405, Contract

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbac
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the bid of Precision Pipeline Services, 766 Gable Way, El Cajon, CA 92020, i
hereby accepted and the Purchasing Officer is hereby authorized to execute a Purchase Order ti
Precision Pipeline Services forthe sewer main TV inspection project in the amount of $30,550.23 fron
Account No. 51 1-820-61 10-2489.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council held on thc
18th day of - JUNE , 1996, by the following vote, to wit:
