RESOLUTION NO. 96-222
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
CONTRACT NO. CS96-1 FOR THE LIBRARY REROOF
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the City of Carlsbad, California,
the Library reroof; and
WHEREAS, the lowest responsive bid received was submitted by Roejac
Roofing Inc., in the amount of $82,986; and
WHEREAS, sufficient funds are available in the Community Services
Department Facilities Management Major Maintenance Account Number 001 -820-5320-
2462.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad, California as follows:

The above recitations are true and correct.
Funds are available in the Community Sevices Department Facilities
Management Major Maintenance Account Number 001 -820-5320-2462.
The bid of $82,986 by Roejack Roofing Inc. for the Library Reroof, Contract
No. CS96-1 is hereby accepted and the Mayor and the City Clerk are heret
authorized to execute a contract therefore.

Carlsbad at its regular meeting held on the 25th day of June
1996, by the following vote, to wit:
