A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A STREET NAME
CHANGE, RENAMING THE NORTHWESTERN PORTION
OF ALGA ROAD TO AVIARA PARKWAY, LOCATED
SOUTH OF PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD AND WEST OF EL
CAMINO REAL IN THE SOUTHWEST QUADRANT.
CASE NAME: ALGA ROAD STREET NAME CHANGE
CASE NO: SNC 95-01
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Code, the Plann
Commission did, on April 17, 1996, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescribed by lav
consider a Street Name Change; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, on the 25th day of -
June , 1996, held a duly advertised public hearing to consider said Street Name Change
at that time received the recommendations, objections, protests, comments of all pers
interested in or opposed to SNC 95-01; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of
City of Carlsbad as follows:

That the above recitations are true and correct.
That the City Council APPROVES City Council Resolution No.
, and that the findings and conditions of the Plann
Commission as set forth in Planning Commission Resolution No 3925
file with the City Clerk and made a part hereof by reference are the findir
