RESOLUTION NO. 96 - 743
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE 1995 STREET SEALING PROGRAM,
PROJECT NO. 2412s.
WHEREAS, the 1995 Street Sealing Program, Project No. 2412s has been satis
completed; and
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of C
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the 1995 Street Sealing Program, Project No. 24128, is deemed compl
hereby accepted.
3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to
the Notice of Completion and have same recorded.
4. That bonds Mill be released in accordance with State Law and City Ordinanc
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carisbad City
held on the 9th day of JULY , 1996 by the following vote, to wit:
