A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE DOWNTOWN SIDEWALK REPAIR,
PROJECT NO. 241 1.
WHEREAS, the Downtown Sidewalk Repair, Project No. 2411 has been satis
completed; and
WHEREAS, the formal project Notice of Completion has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, all project costs have been established to date.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of C;
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Downtown Sidewalk Repair, Project No. 2411, is deemed complc
hereby accepted.
3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to I
the Notice of Completion and have same recorded.
4. That bonds will bereleased in accordance with State Law and City Ordinanc
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City I
heldonthe 9th dayof JULY , 1996 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Nygaard, Kulchin, Finnila, Hall
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
