A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO THE LIBRARY BOARD OF TRUSTEES
WHEREAS, the term of Joan Moss expires in June, 1996;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
