RESOLUTION NO. 9 6 - 25 9
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND
AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF OLIVENHAIN ROAD WIDENING,
PROJECT NO. 3466.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, has detern
necessary and in the public interest to construct Olivenhain Road Widening; and,
WHEREAS, plans and specifications for the furnishing of all labor, materials
equipment, transportation and other expenses necessary or incidental for said project ha\
prepared and are on file in the Engineering Department of the City of Carlsbad z
incorporated by reference herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of C
California, the following:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the plans and specifications as presented are hereby approved.
3. That the City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and dirc
publish, in accordance with law, Notice to Contractors inviting bids for the constru
Olivenhain Road Widening, Project No. 3466.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City
held on the 23rd day of JULY , 1996 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Nygaard, Kulchin, Finnila, Hall
NOES: None
