CITIES OF CARLSBAD AND ENClNlTAS
WHEREAS, ENClNlTAS AND CARLSBAD entered into an AGREEMEb
THE CONSTRUCTION OF VARIOUS CIRCULATION ELEMENT ROADS (Agrc
on June 14, 1994; and
WHEREAS, the intensity and character of development anticipated by sai
Agreement has subsequently been refined in both ENClNlTAS and CARL
and
WHEREAS, both cities now find it desirable to revise said Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
