A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE CITY ENGINEER TO
TRANSPORTATION PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM FUNDSGYCLE 8)
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends and the City Council concurs that tt
Engineer be authorized to make application to CALTRANS for State-Local Transpa
Partnership Program Cycle 8 funding for certain improvements; and
MAKE APPLICATION TO CALTRANS FOR STATE-LOCAL
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Cai
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council authorized the City Engineer to make application to CALT
for State-Local Transportation Partnership Program Cycle 8 funding for the fol
improvements:
0 Hidden Valley Road
0 Overlay Various City Streets
0 Chestnut Avenue Widening
0 Traffic Signal at Paseo del Norte & Camino de las Ondas
Traffic Signal at Alga Road & Blue Heron Place 0
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City C
held on the 6th day of AUGUST , 1996 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Nygaard, Kulchin, Hall
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Finnila
