A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA,
AUTHORIZING DESTRUCTION OF CERTAIN FILES IN THE CITY CLERKS DEPT.

WHEREAS, Section 34090 of the Government Code provides authority for the destructior
certain records;
WHEREAS, the documents listed on Attachment "A", attached hereto and made a i
hereof, meet the requirements of Government Code Section 34090 for destruction and the (
Attorney has consented to their destruction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Crty of Carlsbad, Califon
as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized to destroy the documents listed on Attachment '
attached hereto.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council of the Cit! 1996 Carlsbad on the 20th day of August , MWi, by the following vote, to wit:
