A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD APPROVING THE FINAL WILLIAMSON ACT
CONTRACT CANCELLATION FOR THE CARLSBAD
RANCH SPECIALTY RETAIL (AREA “A”) AND LEGO
DRIVE (AREA “C”) CANCELLATION AREAS.
CASENAME: CARLSBAD RANCH FINAL PARTIAL
CANCELLATION FOR AREAS “A” AND “C”
CASE NO.: AP 76-01(D)
WHEREAS, on January 9, 1996, the Tentative Partial Cancellation
Williamson Act Land Conservation Contract on portions of the Carlsbad Ranch 1
approximately 179.1 1 acres covered by Williamson Act Contract Number 76-1 was apprc
the City Council of the City of Carlsbad (the “Council”).
WHEREAS, the Carltas Company has satisfied all conditions of approva
Tentative Partial Cancellation for the Specialty Retail (Area “A”) and LEGO Drive (Ari
cancellation areas listed in the Certificate of Tentative Partial Cancellation recorded v
County Recorder as Document Number 1996-01 07755.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
Carlsbad, that the Certificate of Final Partial Cancellation for the Specialty Retail (Area ‘‘,
LEGO Drive (Area “C”) Cancellation Areas is hereby approved.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Councj
City of Carlsbad, that the Mayor is authorized to sign the Certificate of Final Partial Canc
for the Specialty Retail (Area “A”) and LEGO Drive (Area “C”) Cancellation Areas.
