RESOLUTION NO. 9 6 - 29 0
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE
DESTRUCTION OF CERTAIN RECORDS KEPT BY THE
PURCHASING DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, Section 34090 of the Government Code provides for destruction of certair
records; and
Whereas, the documents listed in Exhibit "A", attached hereto, and made a part hereof
have been reviewed by the Purchasing Officer; and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has consented to the destruction of the documents listec
in Exhibit "A; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
California, as follows:

That the above recitations are true and correct.
That the Purchasing Officer is hereby authorized to destroy the documents listec
in Exhibit "A", attached hereto.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council of thc
City of Carlsbad on the 1Othday of September , 1996, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Nygaard, Kulchin, and Hall
