RESOLUTION NO. 96-295
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIF0
AWARDING THE CONTRACT FOR ADMINISTRATIVE AND EMPLOYMENT
SERVICES .
WHEREAS, the City Council, on March 5, 1991, authorized staff to begin coni
negotiations with SERIJobs for Progress Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the agreement is complete and SER designated as the sole source
administrative and employment services for the Carlsbad Hiring Center,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbi
follows:
1. That the City of Carlsbad will enter into an agreement with San Diego C
SERIJobs for Progress Inc., for all administrative and employment services conducted
the Carlsbad Hiring Center for an annual sum of $69,630.00, beginning July 1, 1996.
That the Mayor of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directe
execute said agreements for and on behalf of the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California.
